It is notoriou...Alfred is in the middle of nowhere. It is notorious for having nothing to do. I was in the public library there, it was a shoebox. It is also very hilly, which means you end up making a huge physical effort to go anywhere. Because of it's lack of things to do, drinking alcohol seems to be the major pass time. It's tempting to decide you can or cannot live in Michigan, for example, but what if it's beautiful and has a great wine bar downtown?<BR/>But of the jobs, Florida sounds the best.
